Practice: Body As Guide
Throughout the day, when faced with a decision—whether it’s what to eat or how to boost your energy—take a moment to check in with your body to see what it needs.
Place a hand on your belly and a hand on your heart.
Take three deep inhales and exhales through your nose.
Turn your attention inwards and listen for what it is your body needs.
Respond to its needs accordingly.
Before starting this practice, take a deep inhale through your nose and relax into your body as you exhale.
