What happens when you lead with an open heart?
Practice: Heart Open
Throughout your day for the next week, I want you to lead with an open heart. I want you to do this whenever you think about it; when you’re in the shower, having breakfast, at work, running errands, commenting on social media.
Roll your shoulders down and back.
Squeeze the spot between your shoulder blades gently.
Breathe fully into your chest.
As you exhale, keep your heart area open.
Go about your day and engage with the world with this posture.
Before starting this practice, take a deep inhale all the way down to the base of your belly. Get to a feeling of full. Then exhale and begin the practice.
