Practice: Sing Your Heart Out
For 3 minutes a day, I want you to sing out loud. Choose a song—or more—that’s lifting you up right now.
Sing out loud. Sing from your heart.
Get your whole body into it. Make faces, gestures, and/or dance.
Stay fully ‘in’ the song right until the very end.
When it’s over, place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. Smooth out your breathing.
Take those good vibrations with you into the rest of your day!
Before starting this practice, shake out your body from head to toe. Then take a deep inhale, exhale through the mouth, and begin.
